Production Manager (production in-charge)

Job Description Job Title: Production In-Charge Location: Islamabad (National Industrial Zone, Rawat). Position Overview: As the Production In-Charge, you will be tasked with the supervision and management of the entire production process, ensuring alignment with cGMP, DRAP, and internal protocols. This role necessitates robust leadership qualities, problem-solving capabilities, and the ability to sustain operational efficiency while upholding top-tier quality benchmarks. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and oversee day-to-day production activities. Guarantee strict adherence to cGMP, SOPs, and DRAP regulations. Track production schedules, yield, and efficiency objectives. Collaborate with QA, QC, Engineering, and Supply Chain for seamless operations. Provide training, mentorship, and performance assessments for production staff. Maintain precise documentation and ensure timely completion of batch records. Introduce procedural enhancements to enhance efficiency and diminish expenses. Ensure workplace safety, sanitation, and regulatory conformity. Requirements: Minimum of 10 years demonstrated experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing. Thorough understanding of cGMP and regulatory stipulations. Holder of a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Pharmacy. Outstanding leadership, communication, and organizational proficiencies.
